About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will serve as a Marketing generalist, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. With a focus on organic channel growth, the Coordinator will create marketing assets and analyze the performance of JSX’s social media presence while providing support to email and paid verticals as required.


A Day in the Life:

Your day will be creative, analytical, and highly collaborative, focused on growing JSX’s digital presence and ensuring brand consistency across channels. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Briefing agency and freelance partners to ensure timely, brand-compliant assets for deployment across internal and external channels.
  • Creating high-quality written, graphic, and long-form content for JSX’s organic footprint and supporting paid initiatives as needed.
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in optimizing the email program using recently deployed marketing software.
  • Conducting digital research and competitive analysis across paid and organic channels independently and alongside agency partners.
  • Serving as a liaison between Marketing and the Social Experts team within Customer Support to structure, train, and enforce brand standards in social interactions.
  • Updating and monitoring online and app-based informational assets including Google, Apple, rideshare platforms, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and similar channels.
    Supporting Partnership Marketing on events, activations, and on-location brand initiatives.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing roles or related internships
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Apple/iOS, Adobe, and other UX/CX/Marketing tools
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to brand voice and tone.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Keen eye for design and detail to uphold JSX’s brand aesthetic and standards.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with CRM systems and email campaign platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience supporting paid social, programmatic, or influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and tone.
  • Interest in design, digital storytelling, and emerging marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, social scheduling tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Google Analytics).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content strategy.
  • Comfort working with creative briefs, production schedules, and cross-departmental requests.
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences and enthusiasm for JSX’s mission to make flying simple and joyful.

Basic Requirements:

  • Ability to work full-time and on-site at JSX headquarters.
  • Willingness to travel for events, activations, or on-location content support.
  • Basic physical ability to lift and transport materials (up to 25 lbs) for events or activations.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Google Analytics certification or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Pay & Perks:

Compensation is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
