Job Title Digital Media Planner Job Description About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements: The Digital Media Planner plays a critical role in driving revenue by supporting the digital sales team with strategic, client-ready media plans and compelling presentations. This role is responsible for the development of accurate, creative proposals, both proactive and in response to RFPs, that align with client objectives and meet fast-paced deadlines. Working closely with digital marketing and integrated marketing teams, the Digital Media Planner helps design custom digital and integrated print programs, while serving as a key point of contact for clients and agencies. The position also collaborates cross-functionally with ad operations, sales, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution. A strong understanding of site performance, industry trends, content, and emerging ad products is essential to building effective media strategies. Success in this role requires a proactive, highly organized self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and deliver results under pressure. Hybrid 3x a week- (Stamford) In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. About The Position’s Contributions: Weight % Accountabilities, Actions, and Expected Measurable Results • 70% Day-to-day support of the digital sales team through development of media plans and decks for advertising proposals. Proposals – both proactive and in response to RFPs – must be accurate, creative, meet objectives, and submitted on time. • 20% Manage and track online campaign implementation, delivery, and optimization processes and ensure that contract revenue is fulfilled. • 10% Create and update marketing collateral for proposals and sales decks. All other duties as assigned. The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field and/or equivalent, relevant work experience. Experience: 2+ years minimum work experience preferred; ideal candidate will have 1 year minimum interactive experience and 1 year minimum strategic planning experience at an agency or with a publisher. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Incs total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
