Job Description: • Drive New Revenue Growth: Identify, prospect, and secure net-new client engagements with mid-market Consumer and Retail brands. • Lead Outbound Prospecting & Thought Leadership: Develop a proactive outbound sales strategy, leveraging your network, industry events, and LinkedIn thought leadership to generate new opportunities. • Sales Pipeline & Deal Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring consistent movement from outreach to closed business. • Consultative Selling Approach: Understand clients’ commerce media challenges and position Goodway’s capabilities as solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. • Competitive Positioning: Navigate a competitive landscape articulating Goodway's unique differentiators in Commerce Media, Retail Media Networks (RMNs), and Outcome Engineering™. • Pitch Quarterback: Work in conjunction with Pitchlab and LoB stakeholders to meet/exceed SLAs in delivering pitch-related commitments. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SVP, BDs, and Brand VPs to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to client success teams. • Industry Representation: Represent Goodway at key industry panels, conferences, and networking events, serving as a recognized thought leader in commerce media. • Legal & Pricing Negotiations: Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations, ensuring deals are structured for long-term success and profitability.
