Summary Responsible to ensure that the delivery of implementation projects meets contractual specifications in the MMIS, Pharmacy and Provider Interface capability areas. Shapes and drives strategies to ensure that company's delivery model remains a competitive differentiator through expert talent, implementation and unparalleled quality. Leads the company's key client implementation initiatives (as in Design, Development and Implementation projects) through our global delivery networks with a focus on ensuring quality and consistency of delivery to our clients. Leads cutting edge capability areas in service of client and internal implementation efforts. Your role in our mission Serves as a key leader in the Interface capability area driving analysis, design, development and test support for in flight DDI projects. Provides an independent voice and advice on review of proposals, on-going projects, and accounts to ensure compliance and consistency in the delivery of offerings. Partners with the finance and Engagement Leaders to constantly monitor and manage budgets, actuals and forecasts for initiatives within the Interface capability areas. Directs and manages team members (onsite and offshore) to understand, review and advise on System analysis Technical solution and design and coding standards. Works with Data Integration and Analytics Vice President and sales leadership to review pipeline work and make recommendations for team expansion as needed. Build relationships with Engagement Leaders, PMO leaders and other key internal and external stakeholders at Gainwell to plan and execute successful DDIs Organizes and directs Global Delivery resources with orientation towards company's go-to-market strategy, portfolio of client commitments and Implementation SDLC. Ensures that delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs budgeted in contracts or internal planning activities. What we're looking for Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree in related field preferred (Computer Science, Data informatics) 15 or more years of related experience Must have 5+ years of MMIS experience (Commercial Payer/PBM experience can substitute) with a deep knowledge in healthcare claims, Rx, provider and member data 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity leading a development team comprising of business analysts, architects, developers (preferably as a Director of Application Development). This is NOT a program or project manager role although the Director must have project management experience to organize work Must have previous hands-on design and development experience in data visualization and analytics tools such as PowerBI, Databricks, .NET stack (SQL Server – SQL Server Integration Services), Cloud integration (AWS, Azure) Must have written complex code in the past in J2EE or .NET platforms within the healthcare or government healthcare (Medicaid) industry Must have the ability to communicate to business and technical audience fluently Should have good writing skills (Powerpoint presentations etc) Experience working in a global organization of size (10,000+ employees), scope and complexity Bonus – Big-4 experience in the professional services organization leading large scale healthcare or government transformation initiatives. The pay range for this position is $127,400.00 - $182,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
