The Opportunity: Miris is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation to build the performance engine that drives awareness, qualified pipeline, and revenue growth. You'll own the full funnel—from acquisition through conversion and activation—while also establishing the foundational marketing and sales operations infrastructure that a pre-revenue company needs to scale. This is a player-coach role, reporting to the VP of Marketing. You'll design and execute multi-channel campaigns, run growth experiments, and manage paid media—but you'll also own HubSpot as our system of record, build the lead routing and qualification frameworks that connect marketing to sales. If you thrive at the intersection of demand generation and operations, and want to shape how a company goes to market from the ground up, this role is for you. What You'll Do: • Own and optimize HubSpot as the system of record for marketing and sales operations, including lead scoring, segmentation, automation workflows, and data quality—serving as interim RevOps during our current phase of growth. • Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid search, social, email, content syndication, and partner channels, managing budget allocation and optimizing toward pipeline contribution. • Build growth experiments across the funnel: landing page optimization, conversion rate testing, nurture sequences, and activation flows—driving a culture of data-informed iteration. • Develop lead capture and qualification frameworks in partnership with sales, including routing logic, handoff SLAs, and pipeline stage definitions that ensure leads reach the right resource with appropriate context. • Establish attribution models and dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, partnering with sales leadership on ICP definition, forecasting frameworks, and pipeline coverage analysis. What You'll Bring: • 8+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS, with demonstrated experience scaling qualified pipeline. • Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub), including workflow automation, lead scoring, and CRM integration. • Proven track record managing paid media budgets ($250K+) with strong ROI discipline and comfort with attribution modeling, A/B testing, and campaign measurement. • Experience building marketing-sales alignment in early-stage environments, establishing foundational GTM processes, lead qualification frameworks, and handoff workflows where infrastructure is still being defined. arenaflex Base Salary Range $150,000—$190,000 USD About Us: Miris is a cutting-edge technology company building the future of 3D content delivery at global scale.
