Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Director of Marketing to join our Ruby Seven Studios team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full CRM lifecycle, including campaign strategy, content planning, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization across all player touchpoints 
  • Drive personalized, omnichannel communications tailored to player behavior, value, and lifecycle stage, with a focus on maximizing retention and lifetime value 
  • Lead B2B marketing partnerships, translating partner goals into high-impact, co-branded campaigns and delivering performance reporting that builds excitement and trust 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure funnel alignment and support in-game events with targeted CRM strategies 
  • Refine segmentation, measure campaign ROI, and uncover actionable customer insights that inform future strategy 
  • Manage a high-performing CRM team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous learning through a test-and-learn mindset 

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience in social casino, mobile F2P gaming, or iGaming 
  • Deep CRM expertiseyou’ve owned and scaled CRM strategies for large player bases, and know what to test, how to segment, and how to automate and personalize effectively 
  • Fluency in data — you’re as comfortable reviewing campaign uplift reports as you are planning creative briefs 
  • Experience managing and reporting on B2B marketing relationships or strategic partnerships 
  • A growth mindset and bias for action — you’re eager to test, iterate, and improve
