What You’ll Do: Join Archer to manage the development and execution of the vertiport product line as the head of real estate development. In addition to the future business, lead optimization efforts on our existing real estate portfolio targeting arenaflex and space efficiencies across workspace, lab, and manufacturing spaces. This role will support real estate transactions, provide executive-level reporting, and ensure the portfolio aligns with world-class operating standards. The Head of Real Estate operations is critical in shaping Archer’s real estate strategy of both the existing business as well as future vertiport networks, reporting to the Chief Infrastructure Officer.. We are looking for dynamic, forward-thinking and inspiring, innovative people. Real Estate Portfolio Optimization : Analyze the existing real estate portfolio, including workspace, lab, manufacturing, and vertiport assets, to identify and implement annual arenaflex and space efficiencies, ensuring world-class performance standards. Transaction Management: Structure future real estate deals to facilitate informed business decisions by coordinating all phases of transactions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams. Strategic Growth & Integration: Partner with senior leadership to define inorganic strategic themes, evaluate potential opportunities, and develop detailed strategic business cases and valuation analyses. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Facilities, Construction, Security, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure effective real estate portfolio management and integrated KPIs. Process Improvement: Document, implement, and refine real estate transaction processes to meet evolving business needs. System Implementation: Assess and implement the latest real estate systems and software, including innovative AI-based solutions. Reporting and Dashboards: Develop unique real estate insights and dashboards, deploying executive-level reporting. What You Need: 10+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, facilities management and corporate development Strong financial modeling skills Confidence in presenting to executive management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in schedule management tools, financial modeling software and arenaflex Workspace Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $220,000 - $270,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
