Job Summary RPM Realty Management, LLC is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, in-house Commercial Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exclusively leasing the RPM portfolio of properties we manage throughout Tampa Bay and Central Florida, managing leasing activities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The position involves handling leasing negotiations and providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants and landlords alike. RPM Advantage This position is supported by an experienced lease administrator, as well as an enthusiastic marketing team to create marketing materials, manage online listings and facilitate lead generation. Portfolio Overview RPM currently manages approximately 30 properties totaling nearly 1.6 million square feet of commercial space. Duties • Manage and oversee the leasing process for commercial properties, including engaging in sales activities to attract new tenants and conducting property tours. • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, landlords, and vendors through effective communication and customer service. • Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements, contracts, and related legal documents. • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards. • Upsell additional services or facilities management options to tenants when appropriate. Requirements • Must hold an active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate License. • Proven experience in commercial leasing roles, property management and real estate administrative support are a plus. • Strong knowledge of the Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets, Florida real estate law, and legal administrative procedures. • Familiarity with property management software Yardi; proficiency in data entry and office administration is preferred. • Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities. • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to draft and review contracts effectively. • Office experience including filing systems, customer relationship management tools, and facilities management is desirable. • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
