Your Impact The Director, Regional Field Sales is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to maximize sales revenue within an assigned region. They recruit, coach, and develop sales representatives to drive growth and meet or exceed assigned quotas. What You'll Do • Sales Leadership: Provides leadership, direction and support to a team of sales professionals. Sets individual and team performance goals. • Team Development: Recruits strong sales talent. Coaches team members and develops skills. Inspires and motivates the team. Proactively establishes a backfill pipeline of candidates. • Performance Management: Tracks sales performance vs. goals. Provides feedback on areas for improvement and implements training initiatives. Works closely with the HR Partner. • Sales Strategy: Collaborates on regional and national sales strategies and initiatives. Identifies opportunities to improve sales processes. • Customer Relations: Interacts with key accounts within the region. Ensures customer satisfaction and retention, addressing any escalated issues.
