As the District Supervisor for Division School Bus Services at Mara Liner Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of transports services within your designated district. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from their respective educational institutions while upholding the company's standards of service excellence and compliance with relevant regulations. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Coordinate and supervise the activities of drivers and attendants to ensure adherence to schedules, routes, and safety protocols. 2. Conduct regular inspections of transports to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards. 3. Address any operational issues or concerns promptly to minimize disruptions in service delivery. 4. Enforce safety policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the well-being of passengers. 5. Stay updated on transportation regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. 6. Conduct safety training sessions for drivers and attendants to enhance their skills and awareness. 7. Foster positive relationships with school administrators, parents and students to address any feedback or concerns effectively. 8. Act as a point of contact for resolving issues related to bus services, scheduling or student behaviours. 9. Maintain open communication channels to solicit feedback and suggestions for service improvement. 10. Assist in the development of annual budgets for the division and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. 11. Optimize resource allocation, including vehicle utilization and staffing, to meet service demands efficiently. 12. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators such as on-time performance, vehicle maintenance and safety incidents. 13.
