Independent Lifestyle LLC is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant with DocuSign experience to assist with preparing timesheet documents so they can be sent to clients for completion and signature.

This project involves uploading timesheet documents into DocuSign, inserting the required fillable fields, and ensuring each document is organized and ready to send.

Current Project Scope:

• Upload 9 timesheet documents into DocuSign

• Insert approximately 22 fillable fields on each document

• Ensure fields are placed correctly and consistently on every document

• Review each document to confirm the fields function properly and the document is ready to send

Required Fields to Insert:

The fillable fields that must be added to the timesheets include:

• Pay Period Start Date

• Pay Period End Date

• Pay Period (Letter/#)

• MM/DD/YY Date Field

• Hospital Emergency (Yes or No) Selection

• Signature Field

• Date Signed Field

All fields must be clearly labeled and positioned correctly so the person completing the timesheet can easily fill in the information.

Important Requirements:

• Strong experience using DocuSign

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to accurately place and label fillable fields

• Ability to complete the project within the required deadline

• Maintain consistent formatting across all documents

Additional Required Deliverable:

The selected freelancer must also provide written step-by-step instructions explaining how the task was completed, including:

• How the documents were uploaded into DocuSign

• How the fillable fields were inserted and labeled

• How the documents were prepared for sending

These instructions will allow the company to replicate the process internally in the future.

Deadline:

The project must be completed by Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

Payment:

• $12 per completed timesheet setup

• Current project total: 9 timesheets
