Position: E-Commerce Manager (Online Sales & Growth) Location: Singapore (Bukit Timah, relocating to Balestier) About the Company Our client is a premium fragrance and lifestyle brand with international expansion across home fragrance, hotel scenting systems, and scented candles. The company is building its online commercial capabilities as a core growth engine and is establishing a structured e-commerce function to support long-term scale. Role Overview The E-Commerce Manager will lead the company’s online sales growth across direct-to-consumer channels and online marketplaces. This role is responsible for commercial strategy, revenue performance, and developing the structure of the e-commerce function as the business expands. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute online sales and growth strategies • Manage brand website and online marketplace platforms • Plan pricing, promotion, and channel strategies to improve revenue performance • Work with marketing teams to optimise conversion, customer acquisition, and retention • Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as sales growth, conversion rates, and ROI • Establish processes and best practices for e-commerce operations • Support the development and leadership of the e-commerce team as the business grows Requirements • Relevant experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or online sales management • Experience managing projects or teams • Strong commercial mindset with responsibility for sales performance • Familiarity with brand websites, online marketplaces, and digital sales channels • Ability to work with data and performance metrics to drive improvements • Experience in consumer products, lifestyle, beauty, or related industries is advantageous Language Requirement: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for business communication with regional stakeholders and cross-border operational partners.
