About the role The E-Commerce Web will contribute to digital sales, a strong brand, and increased customer lifetime value by developing data-driven insights that ensure the best possible customer experience. The role will analyze customer behavior/site performance and turn insights into clear actions and tactics. The role will execute full-funnel analyses to understand the end-to-end customer journey This position is remote based or Yonkers NY our E-Commerce function and will report to the E-Commerce Manager. What you'll do • Drive daily and weekly site and customer behavior analytics for the Mexico market • Partner with E-Commerce commercial team to translate insights into opportunities to optimize sales performance and customer acquisition / engagement • Conduct analyses to help E-Commerce team evaluate customer demand / preference, product performance, and customer experience • Conduct SEO and internal search analyses to contribute to site and external search optimizations • Evaluate key pages onsite to support the planning of landing pages and critical focus areas for the commercial teams • Analyze onsite and full journey performance per media channel and customer segment • Take an active part in regional goal setting and alignment process from a customer insights and behavior perspective • Partner with E-Commerce and Media teams to provide data-driven insights and conclusions across the customer journey • Spread and secure web analytics competence across the E-Commerce team • Evaluate key pages and purchase funnel after website releases to ensure swift incident resolution • Develop automated reports to address common web analytics requests and help to ensure that stakeholders understand key takeaways • Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive tagging initiatives and best practices so that digital marketing efforts are measured accurately and appropriately What you'll need • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce. Data and web analysis experience preferred • Experience utilizing arenaflex Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, as well as visual analytics tools like ContentSquare • Sales driven, customer-focused and results-oriented • Analytical, structured, and able to synthesize complex data into clear conclusions • Able to translate customer and sales insights into short and long-term commercial actions • Comfortable visualizing and presenting insights to cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task efficiently • Comfortable with proactive and innovative problem-solving, and possesses constant improvement mindset • Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration • Flexible and able to adapt to changes based on changing business and customer needs.
