As an eCommerce Analyst, Platform & Enablement , you’ll bridge tech, sales, and strategy, analyzing online sales data, optimizing website performance (like load times, A/B tests), managing platform tools, and supporting teams (trade, digital marketing, digital product) to streamline eCommerce operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth for You’ll focus on making the eCommerce engine run smoothly by finding trends, fixing issues, and enabling better processes through data insights. You'll be: • Analyzing Data: Reviewing sales data, identifying trends, creating reports, and evaluating market changes. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to eCommerce performance, including sales, website traffic, and customer behavior. Partnering with digital marketing teams to analyze marketing campaign impact on DTC performance. Using statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. • Monitoring Performance: Tracking site performance (page speed, response times) and generating regular reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders. Identifying issues, proposing solutions, and working with Digital Product team on fixes. • Providing Operational Support: Facilitating daily DTC operations in partnership with the stock & merchandising and content specialists, monitoring web tools & technologies and enabling trade teams to optimize use, and serving as a point person for escalations between customer service, digital product, and IT teams. • Enablement & Optimization: Supporting the eCommerce Specialist, UX/UI, and Digital Product teams with developing and analyzing A/B tests, optimizing user journeys, and suggesting improvements for efficiency. • Forecasting: Collaborating on sales forecasting and resource planning based on trends identified through data analysis. • Collaboration: Working closely with digital marketing, trade, and technology teams to support strategy development and tactical execution that drives results. You'll have: • A bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3–5 years of eCommerce experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. • A deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets. • Technical Skills: E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Big Commerce), ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics), analytics tools (arenaflex Analytics, Power BI, Mixpanel), HTML/CSS (basic understanding), SQL. • Analytical Skills: Critical thinking, data interpretation, problem-solving, ability to make decisions based on insights. • Soft Skills: Clear communication, strong organization, effective project management, and a customer-centric approach.
