About the position The eCommerce Content & Site Specialist ensures the execution of a comprehensive DTC eCommerce website content plan to enhance the brand’s digital footprint, while driving engagement and conversion on one or more brand websites and email. Responsibilities • Executes the creation and uploading of impactful, consumer-relevant content that drives conversion while highlighting products, promotions, events, and partnerships. • Collaborates with key brand, creative, and DTC stakeholders to produce high-quality content to achieve growth objectives. • Coordinate content deliverables across various creative resources while upholding established site and brand style guides. • Manages the loading of content on the website and ensures it is consistent and linked. • Helps improve standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance. • Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate rollout of website content changes and email marketing messaging. • Stays up-to-date on industry best practices and digital content trends. • Partners with internal DTC team and uses data to generate variations in content for multiple consumer segments and A/B testing. • Execute major and minor DTC content campaigns for the website and email that include promotional activity and seasonally relevant marketing messaging. • Work closely with web designers to bring content to life, coordinates content priorities. • Work closely with site merchandisers to provide category optimization recommendations and request categories be made for content specific needs. • Writes and submits briefs for internal and external partners as required. • Responsible for all QA and approval of content prior to launch. • Manage localization including translation oversight and implementation on various sites. • Works with brand marketing teams and DTC eCommerce manager to collaborate and develop and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly content calendars that align and support the overall global brand calendar. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably eCommerce / DTC • Strong understanding of digital content management best practices • Experience with web content management systems and/or eCommerce platforms. • Experience with web analytics tools such as arenaflex Analytics • Basic understanding of HTML • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple goals and projects under tight deadlines. • Ability to plan and execute projects involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management & planning skills Nice-to-haves • Experience within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, preferably as part of branded manufacturer. • Experience in a multi-brand portfolio.
