Fluidra is looking for an eCommerce Sales Manager – Consumer to join our team in a remote home office. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE We are seeking a hands on, strategic, and operational eCommerce Sales Manager (ESM – CBU) to oversee and optimize the day to day performance of eCommerce platforms – both retail customers and brand.com – as well as assist in expanding distribution in the new phase of growth for the Consumer BU. Working with exciting consumer brands like Polaris®, this role will play a key part in shaping how our products connect with consumers online. The ESM – CBU will own the execution, growth, and continuous improvement of all aspects of digital shelf management, including best-in-class retail content generation, syndication, warehousing and forecasting, online assortment, ratings and reviews management, competitive analysis, and deployment of best practices in eCommerce. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and brings proven experience managing e-commerce operations for consumer products. Additionally, you will: • Oversee all day-to-day eCommerce sales operations, including product uploads, assortment management, pricing, promotions, inventory updates, order processing, returns, and refunds. • Lead development of best-in-class content standards, requirements, and continuous improvements in partnership with cross-functional teams. • Ensure content library remains evergreen and aligned with insights, sentiment, and changing category or customer requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute ratings and reviews targets, syndication, and performance tracking. • Own eCommerce content warehousing and syndication systems/ processes to support targeted ecommerce channels effectively. • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure inventory alignment and timely order fulfillment. • Partner with Marketing to plan and execute online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and merchandising activities. • Monitor competitor pricing, promotional activity, and industry trends to recommend pricing, promotional, and eCommerce enhancements. • Support implementation and optimization of eCommerce tools and platforms (e.g., PIM, DAM) in collaboration with the digital technology team. • Ensure site health by monitoring site performance, traffic, UI/UX issues, and collaborate with cross-functional team for timely fixes. • Responsible for generation and cross-functional deployment of ecommerce playbooks and training to enhance ecommerce capabilities and awareness across the organization. WHAT WE SEEK • 5+ years of eCommerce experience with a CPG or durable goods company. • Proven track record managing all aspects of the digital shelf across retail, brand.com and pure-play accounts. • Experience with eCommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce) including integration with PIM, DAM, and CRM systems. • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing fundamentals. • Highly motivated, with strong initiative and a hands-on approach to achieving goals. • Passionate about eCommerce, with curiosity and drive to learn and adapt. • Organized and detailed-oriented, with strong project management and execution skills. • Effective presentation skills, including the ability to confidently present to management and customers • Able to travel by air as required, <20% of the time. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and execution skills.
