We’re seeking someone to support product development and executions within the Consumer Products team to create exciting, relevant, fan-first merchandise for our beloved shows. </span></p><p></p><p><span>Some travel is required within this role and the role is open to being based outside of the UK, within other European Netflix Offices.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>The Role: </b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>You will be the day-to-day creative contact for a group of Hardlines and Hardlines adjacent partners/licensees, with the responsibility of managing their creative workflow and product approvals to help deliver best in class, fan-first merchandise. </span></p></li><li><p><span>You will support these partners with their on-boarding to online PD tools and providing directions on asset usage.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will support new business development with pitches, research and visual creation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will manage freelancers and outside agencies in the development of creative tools, such as mood boards, product mock ups and other needs to assist in driving the creative direction of products across all ages.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will acquire an in-depth knowledge and familiarity with all active Netflix CP title styles guides and art assets being used for product development.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will be responsible for sample management: maintaining an organized sample archive, and ensuring samples are available for presentations, reviews, and showcases.</span><br /> </p></li></ul><p><b><b>Expectations: </b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>An eye for detail and discernment, and ability to recognize incorrect use of Netflix IP on concepts as per the style guide guidelines, required legal attribution on branding and packaging solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The ability to convey creative direction when needed to resolve design issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent time management skills in order to uphold contractual deadlines for approvals at all stages of development.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Timely communication to internal partners, licensees and agencies to allow them to meet contractual deadlines at all stages of product development. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of design for consumer products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of the EMEA hardlines licensing landscape as well as global.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of retail and industry trends.</span></p></li><li><p><span>High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A passion for the entertainment industry and Hardlines business. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>8+ years of experience within licensed consumer products or related industries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>English with an additional European language is preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>General understanding of the Google suite is beneficial.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience and knowledge of games & puzzles and stationery/gifting product development advantageous. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Additional info:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Travel could be likely required throughout tenure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Requirement to attend the local Netflix office on a regular basis.
