## Key Role Overview The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for managing enterprise customer relationships for IDNs and health systems, with primary focus on renewals, day-to-day account activities, and issue resolution. The role qualifies and drives new enterprise solutions through collaboration with subject matter experts, contract execution, and customer implementation while securing and documenting realized customer ROI. This is a remote role that requires residency in Utah and significant travel to customer sites. ## What are the Key Responsibilities? - Identify and qualify potential enterprise solutions for customers, engaging enterprise subject matter experts throughout the sales process. - Oversee contract execution and manage implementation of new enterprise solutions. - Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to drive incremental solutions and secure customer validation of ROI and value. - Manage the customer lifecycle, including renewals, retention, and relationship building across IDNs and health systems. - Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) covering goals, initiatives, trends, financial impact, value, and ROI. - Create and manage agenda-driven customer meetings and maintain consistent onsite and meeting schedules and documentation in Salesforce (SFDC). - Serve as the primary point for issue resolution and coordinate internally to ensure high customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS). - Understand decision processes and key stakeholders to retain at or above market Annual Operating Profit (AOP). - Support business development teams in designated areas as needed and perform other duties assigned by leadership. ## What are the Required Qualifications? - 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. - Proven track record of customer retention, renewals, and growth. - Strong financial acumen with the ability to articulate financial levers and customer ROI impact. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to C-level audiences. - Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from inception to contract execution and through a seamless implementation. - Exceptional negotiation and consultative selling skills, including the ability to have crucial conversations and gain enterprise-wide validation of value. ## What are the Preferred Qualifications? - 4+ years of account management experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with IDNs or health systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power. Point) and experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems. - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and its impact on integrated delivery networks and health systems. - Strategic, innovative thinker with demonstrated success in complex problem resolution. - Experience with planning, forecasting, market intelligence, and assessment. - Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and resource management skills. ## Compensation & Benefits - Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range: $108,300 - $180,500. TTC is defined in the posting as base pay plus target incentive. - Compensation is determined by factors including performance, experience, skills, equity, market evaluations, and geography. - In addition to base pay, other compensation such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. - Competitive compensation package and standard employee benefits (health, retirement, etc.) as part of the company's Total Rewards. ## Additional Information - Work arrangement: Home office (remote) with the requirement to reside in Utah. - Travel: Extensive area travel up to approximately 50%. - Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; some physical work may be necessary. - Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel per customer requirements. - Employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal employment opportunities without regard to legally protected categories.
