Qualifications • The candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with strong references to support their expertise. • A background of at least 3 years in estate and trust administration and probate is essential for this role. • It is required that applicants are graduates of an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in Florida. • Residency in Florida is a mandatory prerequisite for this position. • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role. • The role requires you to work on-site at our office (NOT A REMOTE POSITION).
