We are looking for part timer event assistant for our event at PICCA Penang on 6th March until 8th March 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in all aspects, as needed, of event planning, preparation, and execution
  • Following protocol and instructions of event management
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
  • Communicating customer and participant issues regarding security, safety, or otherwise to the management team
  • Coordinating with other members of the event staff to complete job requirements
  • Assisting in load-in and load-out duties, security steps, and crowd control/interaction when needed
  • Remain useful and helpful for the overall success of the event

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or any equivalent certificates
  • Experience involved in any events
  • Experience managing groups of people
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Physical stamina and high energy levels.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform under stress.
  • Excellent multitasking ability.
  • Conflict management skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 days

Pay: RM100.00 - RM120.00 per day
