About the Role: Red Coat, Customer Service Agent, Part-Time - AMS We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Red Coat at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. As the face of arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our flights, and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Act as a critical contact with a wide range of stakeholders, providing top-notch service to our customers. Co-coordinate a safe and on-time aircraft turn process, maintaining the highest standards of customer experience. Maintain a high-visibility presence in all customer-facing situations, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations and monitor merchant performance. Practice security-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Excel in customer care, resolving issues and creating "Moments that Matter" to ensure the highest level of customer experience. Work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrate a positive attitude inside and outside of work, adhering to uniform guidelines while wearing the uniform. Become a Complaint Resolution Official (CRO), assisting customers with disabilities and ensuring their needs are met. Proactively welcome customers, assess their needs, and guide them through arenaflex's available technology options. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum age of 18 years. Proficiency in Dutch and English, with the ability to read, write, and understand detailed work instructions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to identify customer needs and provide directions. Solid verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and articulation. Basic computer skills and proficiency in arenaflex Office applications. A working knowledge of arenaflex policies and procedures. The ability to adapt to multiple priorities within established time limitations. No history with law enforcement (for background checking for Airport access pass). Authorization to live and work in the Netherlands at the time of applying. Preferred Qualifications To give you a competitive edge, we prefer: A minimum of 6 months of ACS, Airport Customer Service experience in operations and customer assistance. Knowledge of arenaflex systems and other relevant airport technology. A professional education in airport operations or a carrier industry-related field.
