You'll work closely with our support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements** * Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional customer service and business results * Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations * Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives * Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks safely and efficiently * Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud * Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) * Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) **Our Fulfillment Network** Our fulfillment network is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization that launches new Operations sites every year.
