With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, arenaflex has established itself as a trusted partner in the education industry. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in communicating with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs. You will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to borrowers, providing them with information about their repayment options, deferments, and forbearance eligibility.
