Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their project. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and providing timely and accurate information to customers.
