Our remote call center team is the heartbeat of our organization, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries and complaints regarding Toll and bridge accounts using standard scripts and procedures. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, gather information, and communicate options for resolution in a timely manner.
