As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in interacting with customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and handle inquiries about our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Resolving customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills * Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or equivalent * 0-2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in high call volume environments * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information * Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to handle complex calls and demonstrate empathy and patience **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software * Pharmacy background or experience in a related field * Bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and a quiet workspace. arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, where you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
