We're committed to understanding our customers and continuously seeking new ways to reach our goals, develop our skills, and invest in our career growth. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Customer Success Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries related to service/non-selling issues, ensuring successful resolution and a positive customer experience. This will enable our Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to focus on selling, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Resolving customer inquiries related to service/non-selling issues, such as delivery, website updates, credit/billing, order quotes, product/stock, returns, and vendor inquiries. * Onboarding customers in partnership with AMs to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our commercial contract accounts and new program implementations. * Determining the root cause of issues and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences. * Assisting in facilitating installations, relevant communications with updates to customers and account managers/executives. * Recording and reporting on issues resolved, tracking all activity handled in Salesforce for each account, and submitting reports to your manager. * Educating end-users to leverage self-service options and/or customer service when feasible. * Implementing or facilitating improvements to procedures, services, or products, as well as developing new ideas, methods, techniques, services, and products. **What You Bring to the Table** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong business acumen and the ability to interface with customers at Manager, Director, or VP levels. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a demanding and unpredictable workload with efficiency and poise. * Strong knowledge of Business Essentials, including facility and breakroom, technology products, business furniture, print and promotional products. * The ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision. **What's Needed – Basic Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED. * 2+ years of business experience. * 6+ months of experience using arenaflex Office. **What's Needed – Preferred Qualifications** While not required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive culture that values the diversity of our people, products, and services.
