Job Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative – Chat at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of what we offer. Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with our automotive dealer clients in a seamless and efficient manner. Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have access to valuable customer data to drive their business forward. Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing actionable insights that help our clients improve their customer service and sales strategies.
