About the Role We are recruiting Dutch speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands in various industries such as tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more. As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, build sustainable relationships with customers, and contribute to the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Essential Qualifications We are looking for individuals who are fluent in Dutch, have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, and have a good level of English. You should also have a strong focus on customer needs, understanding of how customers can behave, and strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
