We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a leader in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. **Job Summary** As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC, as well as administer and support all aspects of all moves/add/change demands. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions * Work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC * Administer and support all aspects of all moves/add/change demands * Contact MHE merchants as it relates to data management * Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems * Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures * Serve as the liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Support LAN (Local Area Network) design * Perform all future installations of software * Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS * Regulate nonexempt staff * Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and available to all end users * Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Must be local, as this is not a remote job **Preferred Capabilities** * Project management experience * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Business acumen **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that values diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
