Office Coordinator (Hybrid – Part-Time)

Box & Roll Moving

Location: Kerhonkson, NY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 hours per day (30 hours/week)

Compensation: Starting at $21/hour

About the Role

Box & Roll Moving is a growing moving and logistics company based in the Hudson Valley. We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative operations, customer communication, and crew scheduling.

This is a high-responsibility role in a fast-paced, high-stress small business environment. You will work directly with ownership and play a critical role in keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

This is a hybrid position (combination of in-office and remote work). Local candidates only.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Customer Communication

  • Answer inbound calls, SMS, and emails
  • Schedule estimates and confirm moves
  • Send contracts and collect deposits
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Dispatch & Operations

  • Coordinate daily crew and truck scheduling
  • Ensure job details are complete before dispatch
  • Communicate real-time updates to field crews
  • Support damage control and issue resolution when needed

Administrative Systems

  • Maintain CRM accuracy
  • Track bookings and lead flow
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Coordinate COIs with building management
  • Maintain organized documentation and compliance records

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of office coordination or operations experience
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented

Experience in moving, logistics, construction, or home services is strongly preferred.
