Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries Gather and verify customer information, documenting it accurately in our CRM system Follow a guided process to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as needed Utilize multiple systems and software applications to provide support and resolve customer issues Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting performance metrics and quality standards Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support Experience in a high call volume environment, with the ability to handle multiple interactions simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely Ability to deal with upset customers, de-escalating situations and providing solutions that meet their needs Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a stable and secure home workspace Preferred Qualifications: Previous call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Previous experience working remotely, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively Basic technical support experience, with a strong understanding of software applications and hardware systems Job Requirements and Technical Specifications To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Availability to train on weekdays, during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST) Open availability to work shifts 24/7, within our hours of operation A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door and minimal background noise A desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks), with the following specifications: Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation)/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation) 8GB RAM (minimum), 16GB RAM (preferred) Dual monitor setup A high-quality USB headset Hardwired internet connection, with minimum speeds of 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and less than 20ms ping stability Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a pay rate of $13.00-$15.00 per hour (DOE).
