This team plays a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft. As a part-time remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for providing engineering support on various aircraft systems and improving associated reliability through project management. **What You'll Do** As a skilled Engineer L2, you'll be responsible for: • Staying informed about day-to-day airline operations within your field of responsibility • Assessing daily priorities in accordance with arenaflex objectives and management directives • Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determining the most effective corrective actions • Providing engineering support as required for the disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components to restore serviceable status • Responding to requests from Maintenance and other arenaflex departments when technical assistance is needed to support projects or resolve problems • Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities • Coordinating with other arenaflex departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions • Preparing engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that provide benefits in accordance with arenaflex objectives and management directives **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, aviation, or a related discipline • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in arenaflex Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with data entry and management software, such as ERP systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or aviation • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello • Familiarity with arenaflex's fleet engineering systems and processes • Certification in a relevant field, such as aviation maintenance or engineering • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and apply complex engineering concepts • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills and expertise.
