As a member of our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group, you'll play a critical role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by identifying trends and performance metrics to improve our Quality Control division. Your expertise will help us create, present, and implement groundbreaking ideas and projects, as well as perform basic analysis to mitigate the risk of resistance through process enhancements. **Responsibilities and Expectations** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and disseminate specific questions to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the Group. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * Performing other work assignments as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or business administration. * A strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with precision and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas to diverse audiences. * The ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in arenaflex Office, with experience in data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, a plus. * The ability to understand the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Experience with PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications, a plus. * Past internship, capstone project, or research coursework experience, a plus. * The ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment. * The ability to focus on responsibilities diligently and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field, a plus. * The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. * The ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $28/hour. * The opportunity to work remotely with flexible scheduling. * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel). * Access to state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including a PC. * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and quality control, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
