About the Role: Remote Customer Service and Payment Collection Representative In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. You'll work closely with our management team to receive feedback and coaching, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide knowledgeable answers and resolve customer issues efficiently. With a scripted customer feedback system in place, you'll be confident in your responses and able to provide peace of mind to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to customers to collect payments and resolve account issues Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions Collaborate with management to receive feedback and coaching, continuously improving your performance and skills Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals Who We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need to have prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. A background in retail, sales, or wait staff can be beneficial, as these roles often require strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection, as well as a GED or high school diploma. Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills is essential, as you'll be using our systems to manage customer interactions and update records.
