Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Remote Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our Residential Department, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance appointments, and performing various daily duties that contribute to the seamless operation of our dispatch team. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound phone calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and scheduling needs in a professional and courteous manner Maintain our customer database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information to facilitate efficient service delivery Make daily outbound phone calls to customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to coordinate schedules, provide updates, and resolve issues Route technicians based on location, optimizing travel time and ensuring prompt arrival at customer sites Foster a positive team atmosphere within the dispatch team, promoting collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Residential Department and arenaflex Schedule and Work Arrangements The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of office-based and remote shifts. The schedule will be as follows: Wednesday: Work from the Chantilly office (8AM-5PM, with a one-hour lunch break) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home (8AM-5PM, with a one-hour lunch break) To ensure a productive and distraction-free remote work environment, candidates must provide: High-speed internet connectivity A quiet workspace with minimal background noise arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone to support your remote work requirements. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must possess: At least 1 year of previous call center experience, demonstrating your ability to handle high call volumes and provide exceptional customer service A typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute, ensuring efficient data entry and communication Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within the dispatch team, to achieve common goals Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, facilitating effective routing and scheduling of technicians Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to maintain our customer database (Service Titan) with precision and attention to detail Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
