Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to put your skills to work by supporting arenaflex's clients through document review and data entry. As a Transaction Data Entry Associate, you will provide critical administration support, ensuring that all documents are processed efficiently and accurately. Your work will make a positive difference in the organization you support, and you will be able to provide successful administration support to drive business operations forward. Key Responsibilities Capturing and validating data that may be complex or require special attention, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Providing production services to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, scanning, or similar activities Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy form for processing, and identifying any gaps in required information Processing documents by following internal processes, and creating a database of information to support business operations Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed, and providing great customer service to ensure client satisfaction Identifying documents and their purpose, and maintaining accurate records to support business operations Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer, with good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems Great attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in data entry or administration support, with a strong understanding of document review and processing procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Familiarity with data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly A certification in data entry or a related field, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the career goals and aspirations of our employees.
