Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Executing data entry tasks with a focus on precision and efficiency (minimum 40 WPM required). * Facilitating the manual setup of organizations and user profiles as part of the application migration process. * Providing support to end-users by establishing organization and user credentials. * Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless transition for clients to the new application system. * Adapting to project needs with flexible shift options available: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST). Required Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately (>40 WPM). * Language Skills: Strong command of English (bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous). * Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. * Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users. * Experience: Prior helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
