As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our prescription orders and medical records. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a strong background in data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** As a Remote LTC Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: * Contacting physician's offices as needed for refill authorization * Contacting clients for verification of orders as needed * Processing all new and refill prescriptions * Opening orders as needed, verifying eligibility, proof, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards * Documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system * Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to your manager * Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system * Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system * Assisting with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests * Providing backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels * Answering incoming calls promptly and providing a high standard of customer service to clients **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) * A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements * Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred * Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred * Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications:** * Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year * Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology **Why Work for arenaflex?** As a 100% employee-owned company, you'll have an ownership stake in arenaflex, along with your co-workers.
