Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Seasonal Content Reviewer to join our remote team in Reno, NV. As a Content Reviewer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our platform by ensuring that all designs and content align with our user agreement and content guidelines. Key Responsibilities Design Review and Intellectual Property Protection: Review and identify designs that are copyrighted, trademarked, or protected by other forms of intellectual property rights. Ensure that Zazzle does not offer or produce merchandise that is unauthorized or unlicensed. Brand Protection and Customer Satisfaction: Protect Zazzle's brand and maker partners from unauthorized and inappropriate designs. Resolve issues with orders that pertain to violations of any content guidelines and escalate difficult situations to team leads and Supervisors if necessary for additional review. Design Fixes and Additional Tasks: Perform design fixes, customer service emails, and returns processing as required. Problem-Solving and Communication: Utilize your problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills to resolve content guideline violations and escalate issues to team leads and Supervisors as necessary. What You Bring to Zazzle We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for pop culture, intellectual property rights, and problem-solving. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in a related field. Technical Skills: Comfortable proficiency with computers, arenaflex Office suite, and email. Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps, with a stable connection. Connection speed of 30mbps to 50mbps is preferred. Pop Culture Expertise: Knowledge of pop culture, problem-solving skills, and understanding of intellectual property rights.
