Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the face of arenaflex to resident and fellowship programs within the Upper Extremities market, organizing and executing all activities related to the program. As a Senior Customer Excellence Manager, you will direct and oversee the strategy and implementation of the resident/fellows program, ensuring that core activities are driven and key metrics are achieved. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing team to support clinical education events and national academic meetings, focusing on education and training, clinical product support, resident/fellow tracking, and internal transition when moving to practice. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strategic plan for fellows engagement, ensuring alignment with corporate and business unit objectives Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution on all strategic programs Update strategy effectiveness through the development and tracking of key metrics, measuring fellows program effectiveness and making change recommendations based on findings Implement and train representatives on best practices and programming surrounding the fellows strategy Partner with sales representatives, sales leadership, and key opinion leader program directors to optimize engagement and experience with fellows Create strategies and programming that lead to the early adoption of arenaflex products before or during fellowship Collaborate with the Medical Education team to execute programming that connects fellows with surgeon thought leaders in education programming Establish metrics for monitoring product adoption in fellowships and recommend strategic changes to improve effectiveness Fellows Course Program Execution Partner with Medical Education to drive attendance with fellows at the annual fellows course Collaborate with cross-divisional partners on fellows programming Drive awareness to all fellowships Lead course details, agenda, faculty selection, and execution needs Provide on-site and in-lab support and leadership Work with faculty to deliver on program objectives Fellows Transitions Execution Develop a program and tracking system for transitioning fellows into practice Collaborate with current and future sales representatives to ensure fellows are effectively transitioned within arenaflex when moving into practice Track and drive internal execution of 100% of all trained fellows into their new practice Train receiving representatives on best practices for supporting the transition of new surgeons into their territories Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred 10+ years of work experience, with 7+ years of medical device or Medical Education experience preferred 7+ years of relevant clinical experience in Orthopedics Experience working within complex interdivisional procedures and policies Strong technical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs Ability to transmit knowledge, including technical, clinical, and health economics information Expertise in marketing strategy, segmentation concept, and sales process Essential Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with a focus on building and leveraging cross-functional relationships Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze competitive education and training activities to determine best practices Strong project management skills, with the ability to set direction and shape future needs for the entire Residents/Fellows program offering Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
