Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working from home, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to calls from customers who have questions regarding their benefits package, including 401K, Health Insurance, Pension, and Payroll related inquiries. * Assist with website or application related issues in regards to accessing their benefits. * Answer questions regarding products or services the customer may have. * Assist the customer with enrolling in their benefits plan through their employer. * Document customer interactions in the client system thoroughly, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. * Transfer data from documents into the client's system. * Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit information updates, 401K withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections. * Conduct independent research, utilizing tools and resources provided, to determine the best resolution to a customer's case. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of call center experience OR 2 years of customer service experience. * Strong computer navigation and organizational skills. * Ability to complete and pass a background check. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. **Technical Requirements** * Desktop or laptop (Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are NOT compatible). * Operation system: Windows 10. * Mac Computers are not compatible. * Processor speed: i4 or greater processor (Ryzen Series 4 or greater is also compatible). * RAM: 8GB or better. * Hard Drive: 256 SSD or better. * All peripherals must be wired. * Must have reliable high-speed internet (20MB download minimum, 10MB upload minimum). * SL, Cable, Fiber ONLY (no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service) and no VPN services. * Wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation (Plantronics 3310 and 3320 are permitted options). * Active, functioning webcam for training and meetings. * Second monitor/screen required. **Benefits and Compensation** * Pay rate once you reach production: $17 per hour. * Training is paid at $15.25 an hour. * Benefit eligible after 60 days (Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k). * This is a fully remote position, 100% work from home. * Paid time off. * Referral program. * On-the-job training. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and supportive work environment. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and 401k. * A competitive salary and bonus structure. * A flexible and remote work arrangement. * A comprehensive training program to ensure your success. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
