What You Will Accomplish: • Own end-to-end field marketing programs – from strategy to execution and measurement – generating qualified pipeline, accelerating open opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. • Develop pre- and post-event campaigns with your regional Sales pod to maximize attendance, engagement, and pipeline creation. • Manage all field event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budgeting, branded assets, and on-site execution. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and GTM Ops to optimize account targeting, audience segmentation, seamless lead handoff, and proactive enablement. • Continuously improve and innovate, using data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to refine tactics and introduce new, high-impact program ideas. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in events or field marketing in the B2B SaaS space. AI, legal tech, or enterprise background preferred. • Project Management: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining polish and precision. • Creative Vision: A deep appreciation for design and experience—you have a high bar for taste and know how to curate events that go beyond “standard” networking happy hours. • Customer Engagement: Comfortable engaging directly with prospects and customers to drive pipeline, gather insights, and influence field marketing strategy. • Collaboration: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You lead by influence and effectively mobilize cross-functional teams around shared goals. • Mindset: High agency, resourceful, and motivated by results with a proactive approach and sense of urgency. • Analytics: Ability to interpret metrics like pipeline, ROI, and MQLs into actionable insights. • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% within your region for on-site event execution.
