Part of this duty includes <strong>maintaining the cleanliness of both the charging station and the Mobility Shop</strong> and adhering to M-KOPA's Environmental, Health, and Safety standards to keep these spaces neat and safe for everyone.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><div style="text-align:left"><img style="max-width:100%" src="https://app.ashbyhq.com/api/images/user-content/1d985516-2a99-43c0-b591-957f5adaceb9/51b46917-ccaa-42ca-8655-9121baea2117/image.png" /></div><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Customer service is at the heart of this role.</strong> You will log and resolve all customer issues and assist with any inquiries they may have.
