Finance Manager : PHARMACEUTICALS 100% remote Pay rate : $48 / hr W2 6 months contract 100% remote The Financial Change Manager will… • Be responsible for evaluating potential financial impact of a plan design change using existing models or by working with internal partners. • Support the development of new tools user acceptance testing. • Access data via Excel and tools such as SQL / SAS and use financial change order models to model projected rebate guarantee impact analysis. • Coordinate the efforts across company teams that can include Sales, Analytic Consulting Services, Clinical Operations, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure proper controls are in place to review changes to a client's benefit design, formulary, or implementation of a product. • Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders on analysis including but not limited to sales, underwriting and underwriting analytics teams. • This role will be supporting the client specific analyses and discussions and provide consultative support on additional ad-hoc reporting and analysis. • This individual will be responsible on interacting with external stakeholders and client directly and have the ability to articulate the results of the analysis in a clear, concise manner and meeting the expected deadlines of requested analysis for this client. Education • Bachelor's degree required. • Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics or other data related fields preferred. Required Qualifications • 3 + years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and education • OR • 2+ years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement role including 1+ year working with PBM data or PBM financial analysis. OR • HM would consider a recent graduate from a top tier college with relevant internship expereince Preferred Qualifications • Experience in arenaflex Excel-based analysis and SQL • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and critical thinking skill sets are required. • Ability to story tell the findings in clear, concise way when articulating the findings of the analysis to sales, underwriting and other stakeholders. • Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities. • Prior experience working across many different groups within an organization. • Prior experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processes. • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups. • Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks. • Aptitude to communicate complex findings and conclusions in an easy-to-understand way.
