Primary Skills: Transformation (Expert), Data Analytics (Proficient), Cloud Solutions (Advanced), ERP (Proficient), Finance Processes (Expert) Contract Type: W2/C2C only Duration: 6+ Months Contract (High possibility of extension) Location: 100% Remote () Pay Range: $80 - $110 Per Hour on W2 #LP Job Summary: This senior leadership role focuses on redefining finance operations from the ground up, utilizing advanced technologies and data insights to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and drive financial accuracy and forecasting. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale finance modernization projects, bridge the gap between financial requirements and technology execution, and foster a forward-looking finance department through intelligent data use, automation, and cloud architectures. Collaborating closely with CFO organizations, IT departments, and external partners, this role aims to transform finance into a predictive, rather than reactive, function. Key Responsibilities: • Redesign end-to-end finance processes, including Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Financial Reporting, to minimize handoffs and speed up close cycles. • Lead cloud ERP modernization efforts, primarily focusing on SAP S/4HANA, to ensure a cohesive and reliable financial data ecosystem. • Utilize finance data for forecasting, spend optimization, and scenario modeling, applying automation and AI for enhanced decision-making. • Develop scalable cloud architecture strategies in partnership with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to facilitate real-time insights and predictive forecasting. • Maintain a strong enterprise architecture mindset, driving initiatives that enable finance to be more proactive and forward-looking. Must-Have Skills: • Proven experience in ERP (especially SAP S/4HANA) transformation and modernization projects. • Deep understanding of data analytics and management within the finance domain. • Strong competence in deploying automation and AI/ML technologies to revolutionize finance functions. • Candidates with a background in finance transformation consulting, ERP transformation programs, finance systems and data leadership roles, or as product/program leaders in finance platforms are highly desirable.
