Job description Financial Auditor - Staff level 1 or 2 Carbonaro CPAs & Management Group, is a public accounting firm in Hawaii. We have an opening for a Financial Auditor - Staff 1 or 2 in the Wilmington, NC area. We are looking for someone who wants to start your career in public accounting or want to continue to grow your financial audit career. • Carbonaro CPAs has a good track record with a growing team and clientele. • We have had healthy growth for 32 years in a row. • We care about our Team, our clients and our work. • This is an excellent career opportunities in the Wilminton, NC area. • Some travel to Hawaii will be required. This opportunity is for someone who really enjoys financial auditing. The ideal person is able to work and learn independently and with a team. Some public accounting experience is perferred. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Audit work at your level and training and to grow to a higher level. • We specialize in non-profit, owner associations, schools and construction company audits. • We use a paperless audit software, on which we will offer training. • Interview clients, examine documents and document your work. • Some travel to Hawaii will be required. The ideal candidates must possess: • Bachelor’s degree with at least 24 credit hours of accounting classes • CPA or a plan to attain it • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills • Proficient in arenaflex Word and Excel • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to continue learning & growing with self study Please send us your resume.
