Project Type: Ongoing Monthly Fractional CFO Timeline: Hiring within 2–4 weeks Compensation: Pay based on experience About the Role Our accounting firm is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to support a client in the card‑breaking / live sports card breaks industry. This is a long-term monthly engagement. As part of your proposal, we require a CFO service game plan outlining your recommended tiers of service, expected hours per tier, and corresponding deliverables. Responsibilities - Ongoing monthly CFO support (cash flow, COGS, KPIs, forecasting, inventory controls). - Monthly strategic review & financial guidance. - System, process, and profitability recommendations. - Provide a tiered service plan in your proposal (e.g., Basic / Standard / Premium options), each with: - Estimated monthly hours - Deliverables & reporting cadence Required Experience - Fractional CFO or Controller-level background. - Industry experience strongly preferred: card breaking OR collectible live‑sale e‑commerce OR high‑volume inventory-based businesses. - Strong forecasting, KPI dashboard, and financial modeling skills. - Strong communication skills; ability to present strategy clearly.
