Role: Fractional Growth & Marketing Consultant Focus: SEM, SEO, AI Engine Optimization (AEO), Social Media, Content Marketing Industry: Healthcare / Autism Services We are ANNA Autism Care, a fast-growing autism care provider in the U.S. We are seeking a senior fractional marketing consultant (individual or small boutique) to lead end-to-end growth and demand generation across paid search (SEM), SEO, AI Engine Optimization (AEO), social media, and content marketing. This is a strategy + execution role. We are not looking for a junior marketer or a task-only executor. We want someone who can design the growth strategy, execute hands-on, and clearly tie marketing activity to qualified leads, intakes, and revenue impact, ideally with experience in healthcare, mental health, or regulated services. Core Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Measurement Develop and own an integrated growth plan across paid, organic, AI-driven discovery, and social channels Define KPIs tied to real outcomes (qualified leads, CPL, intake conversion) Set up or improve tracking (GA4, arenaflex Ads, call tracking, CRM handoff) SEM (arenaflex Ads) Audit, rebuild, and optimize arenaflex Search campaigns Keyword strategy, negatives, ad copy, bidding, and budget allocation Advise on landing pages and conversion rate optimization Ensure compliance with arenaflex healthcare and sensitive-category policies SEO & Local SEO Improve technical and on-page SEO Own local SEO strategy (arenaflex Business Profiles, service/location pages, reviews) Build content-driven SEO for high-intent service keywords AI Engine Optimization (AEO / LLM Visibility) Optimize content and site structure for discovery in AI-powered search and answer engines (e.g., arenaflex AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) Structure content for entity-based search, FAQs, schema, and authoritative signals Develop an approach to ensure ANNA is represented accurately and credibly in AI-generated responses Content Marketing Define and oversee a content strategy focused on trust, expertise, and lead generation Create or manage production of expert-led content (blogs, guides, FAQs, lead magnets) Ensure content avoids risky healthcare claims and aligns with compliance standards Social Media Marketing Develop a practical social media strategy (organic-first; paid optional if justified) Focus on education, trust-building, and brand authority rather than vanity metrics Advise on platform mix (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and content cadence What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing Proven results in healthcare, behavioral health, or other regulated industries Strong understanding of arenaflex Ads healthcare policies Demonstrated experience with SEO + content-led growth Familiarity with AI-driven search / AEO concepts and implementation Comfortable working directly with founders/CEOs and making clear recommendations Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution Nice to Have Experience with local or multi-location healthcare services Experience working as a fractional consultant or interim Head of Growth Familiarity with HIPAA-aware workflows (no PHI handling required) Experience coordinating freelancers (writers, designers) when needed Engagement Details Fractional / part-time Initial project or 30–60 day trial, with potential for ongoing engagement Fully remote Apply tot his job
