About the role We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Partnerships Contractor to support our always-on influencer and UGC program at Snuggle Me Organic. This role will manage the end-to-end execution of influencer collaborations, from sourcing and outreach through to content delivery and organisation, ensuring all partnerships align with brand values, performance goals, and campaign needs. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone highly organised, commercially minded, and confident negotiating with creators of varying sizes. Responsibilities Influencer discovery & vetting • Source relevant creators across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms (both established and up-and-coming talent) • Assess creators for: • Strong brand alignment • Authentic audience fit (e.g. parents / parents-to-be) • Engagement rate and audience quality • Past brand work and performance indicators (where available) • Maintain a vetted influencer shortlist/database Outreach & relationship management • Lead outbound outreach to creators via email, DM, and influencer platforms • Build warm, professional relationships with creators. • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for influencer communication Negotiation & contracting • Negotiate fees, usage rights, timelines, and deliverables in line with budget and campaign goals. • Coordinate contracts (using existing templates), ensure timely signing, and manage key dates. Briefing & content management • Send clear influencer briefs aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. • Answer creator questions and ensure expectations are understood. • Review submitted content for brand fit, messaging accuracy, and compliance. • Coordinate feedback and approvals efficiently. Content organisation & handover • Track deliverables, usage rights, and posting dates. • Organise received content into shared folders or tools for organic, paid, and UGC usage. • Flag high-performing creators and content opportunities for whitelisting or long-term partnerships. Reporting & optimisation • Provide simple monthly reporting on: • Creators onboarded • Content delivered • Costs vs output • Early performance signals (where available) • Share insights on what’s working, creator trends, and opportunities to optimise the program. About you • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple influencer partnerships at once. • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to represent the brand professionally when liaising with influencers and agencies. • Able to build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies. • Commercially minded, with good negotiation skills and confidence discussing fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. • Comfortable managing your own workload, meeting deadlines, and escalating issues or risks when appropriate. • Previous experience managing influencer partnerships, UGC programs, or creator collaborations end-to-end. • Familiar with social media platforms, influencer trends, and best practices for branded content and partnerships.
